The City Council will appeal to the TSJ not to pay the € 600,000 of the failed urban agreement Ciezagolf (02/05/2017)

The Administrative Court of Contentious Number 2 of Murcia has issued a ruling declaring null and void the urban agreement that the Popular Party government signed in 2006 with the mercantile Ciezagolf SA (currently in a creditor contest) for the construction of a large housing development and a Golf course near Venta del Olivo, reports municipal sources.

Likewise, the judgment establishes the return of the amount of 600,000 euros derived from the advance that the company gave the government of Antonio Tamayo after the signing in 2006 of the urban development agreement.

The municipal government, which has met urgently after hearing the judgment of the first instance that is not firm, has decided that the municipal legal services proceed to appeal the same before the TSJ of Murcia, in defense of the general interests of all citizens Of Cieza, showing his firm decision to exhaust all possible routes so that the City does not have to pay the 600,000 euros that Ciezagolf claims and that "the government of Tamayo squandered on parties and gunpowder."
