Cieza City Council, in collaboration with FAMU, organize the 1st Solidarity Challenge of Physical and Sports Activity, the benefits of which will go to Cáritas Cieza |
This Sunday, nothing will prevent us from enjoying physical exercise, while collaborating with a beautiful initiative.
This will be the occasion of the 1st Solidarity Challenge of Physical and Sports Activity, #CiezaSeMueveXSolidaridad, a participatory event in which anyone interested can take part from home, and whose benefits will go to Cáritas Cieza, which in turn collaborates with the "Food Bank "that are being distributed among the neediest people in these days of confinement.
The registration period for the event is now open, organized by the Department of Sports and Social Policies of the Hon.
Cieza City Council, in collaboration with the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, through Alcanza Tu Meta.
The only requirement to participate, in addition to acquiring the solidarity number for a minimum amount of € 2 -each person may make complementary contributions, completely voluntarily- and download and print this number, will be to carry out any type of physical exercise (race, bicycle static, elliptical, guided gymnastics sessions, Indoor Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, etc.) with a minimum duration of 20 minutes.
Participants must go up between 9:00 and 21:00.
This Sunday 19, a photo to their social networks with the hashtag #CiezaSeMueveXSolidaridad, performing the chosen physical exercise modality and where the number assigned in the registration appears clearly visible.
A raffle with the numbers of the numbers will be carried out among all those registered.
The prizes to which the winners can choose will be known during these previous days, on the social networks of the Department of Sports of the City Council of Cieza and the FAMU.
