What can be done in phase I of the de-escalation? (11/05/2020)

| Saorín, councilor for Health and Public Health of the Cieza City Council, stresses that, with the entry into phase I, new loopholes are opened for economic and social activity for the municipality | The Region of Murcia has entered this Monday in phase I of the de-escalation of the confinement by complying with the established epidemiological, mobility and economic and social parameters established by the Ministry of Health for it.

In this sense, the councilor for Health and Public Health of the City of Cieza, Francisco Saorín, points out that new loopholes are opening for economic and social activity for the municipality. In a press release the mayor ciezano recalled what can be done is this phase I of the de-escalation; and it has done so by responding in a didactic way to a series of questions asked by neighbors.Regarding the number of people who can join, in phase 1 of the de-escalation it is allowed to maintain social contact again in small groups that cannot be more than ten people.

These meetings can be made with friends or family and at home, outdoors or on terraces and always respecting safety and hygiene measures: hand washing and maintaining a distance of two meters or establishing "alternative protection measures physics ", like masks.Likewise, in this phase the shared use of all the seats of the private vehicle is allowed as long as they are people who reside together.

If not, it is limited to two occupants: the driver and a second person who must go in the back.It is also authorized to open to all shops and establishments of less than 400 square meters, meeting various requirements: the capacity allowed will be 30% (including workers) and a minimum distance of two meters between people must be guaranteed.

If the dimensions of the space do not allow it, only one person can be inside the premises.

In addition, there will be a priority attention schedule for over 65 years.Furthermore, the terraces may open to 50% of their capacity.

In any case, bars and restaurants must ensure a distance of two meters between tables (or groupings of tables) in which a maximum of ten people can meet.

Likewise, the owners of the establishments will have to clean and disinfect the tables and chairs and prioritize single-use table linen. As for those workers who are infected, have symptoms or are in their forties due to having had contact with someone confirmed, they will not be able to join their jobs.

The safety distance between workers will be two meters, for which the employer must modify the physical layout of the positions or the organization of shifts.Another novelty is that funerals will be allowed, but the number of family members who can do it is limited, which is 15 people if it takes place outdoors and ten in closed spaces.

Likewise, funerals may be attended, but the entourage for the burial or the farewell for the cremation of the deceased is restricted to a maximum of 15 people.

Also, they will open the places of worship, but the influx of faithful will be reduced to a third. Finally, the Councilor for Health and Public Health has called for everyone's responsibility and compliance with the rules and advice of the health authorities, "because it depends on everyone that we can continue to scale phases until total lack of confidence or, conversely, , go back, which would be very unfortunate both in the sense of health and in the economic and social.
