| Budgets confuse social measures in exchange for sinking and frightening private capital | This week the approval of the general budget for the financial year 2020 was held in an extraordinary plenary session, some budgets that, despite being approved by the PSOE and IU and the constructive abstention of VOX, do not guarantee that the industrial estates leave their shameful state of conservation .

The approval of the PSOE and IU budgets will not save the main stumbling block that the blind people have by not addressing their uncertain job future.

Everything is chained: the optimal conditions are not created to create employment, taxes are not lowered as would be convenient to continue creating activity; in the end all (or many) to depend on the state with no other choice.

It is not just any story, it is socialist and communist policies. From VOX we consider that the approved budgets do not rethink the economic system of our municipality, on the contrary, it is strongly committed to tourism and flowering, which is necessary, but not sufficient.

It cannot be the only pillar that supports our economy, still less when farmers are turned away. In Cieza we have, a primary sector led by a vigorous agriculture; a secondary sector neglected by local government and industrial and energy sectors that are neither competitive nor attractive; a tertiary sector with the possibility of improvement and which is not wanted or knows how to exploit; a quaternary sector forgotten by the local administration. Ideological policies prevent the advance of development in Cieza and place it in 25th place for GDP in the Region through budgets approved by PSOE and IU that are more of the same, and which, by the way, are late again . Due to the long extension, not everything can be cited, but the approved budgets do not take into account: lower taxes and fees until achieving a budget based on zero balance, budget a peach fair and the creation of a new industrial estate, solve the problems of the collector of Ascoy, a general audit of the City Council to know where each penny is going to stop, budget items in "promotion for health", continue excavations in Bolvax etc. A crisis, derived from a pandemic, was not enough for PSOE and IU to be able to verify the lack of robustness, the weakness of our economy, as I say, derived from policies that pay little attention to the global and heterogeneous generation of wealth.

Wealth is distributed, but it must first be created. The budgets were approved with the votes in favor of PSOE, IU and the unaccounted councilor Laura Villa
