Saorín: "Cieza already has a new animal reception center" (06/07/2020)

"The work has led to the expansion of cheniles, for which the row of module 1 has been doubled, a small construction as an area for the animal washing and a cat flap.Likewise, an intervention has been carried out in the sanitation area, since the previous one was saturated with solids and with breaks.

Regarding the repair of cheniles, a comprehensive intervention has been carried out based on the demolition of the previous work.

In addition, an action has been carried out on the pavement and the access doors in the treatment room and toilet and repair of the outside area for animal bathing have been replaced.The project was drafted by a municipal technician and set a tender price of 101,444.67 euros and an execution period of six months, with a warranty period of one year from the date of the provisional acceptance certificate.Finally, Saorín has concluded by recalling that, with the same, "in addition to complying with what the citizens voted for through the Participatory Budgets for 2019, there is a response to a repeated demand from the animal community." A continuous improvement project that started during the last legislature through the Department of Citizen Participation, and which currently continues to have the support of citizens through participatory budgets, which have once again endowed this project with improvement of a new economic item to continue expanding facilities and services.
