The Regulation of the Council of Citizen Participation was approved by the Plenary of the City Council of Cieza in the session held on October 6, 2020.
The period for complaints or suggestions opens this Thursday, November 5.The Department of Citizen Participation, headed by Conchi Villa, took the proposal for its creation to the plenary session on October 6.
This proposal was previously agreed upon by the different political groups and non-attached councilors and approved unanimously by the members of the Plenary.As ordered by the process, once approved by the full City Council, it must be submitted to public exposure for a period of 30 working days for the presentation of possible claims or suggestions, in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 7 / 1985, of April 2.
This period begins this Thursday, November 5 and ends on December 11.

The City Council of Cieza has a decided policy to promote such participation.
With the creation of this council, the firm intention of promoting participation is strengthened active of all sectors of the population represented in the sectoral councils with the firm objective of being able to carry out policies through listening to citizens.
