| "They do not allow the interior of bars and cafes but they do consume in gambling halls" | Everyone knows that the Region of Murcia is one of the places in Spain where the mercantile owners of gambling halls feel most comfortable, since they have the warmth and seamless support of the Regional Government formed by PP and C'S.

From the PSOE of Cieza we have already warned on some occasion about this situation.

Now, with the pandemic, we are seeing restrictions in many sectors, sports competitions, culture and leisure or tourism, and above all we see restrictions in the hospitality industry.

While we are prevented from consuming inside bars or cafes, we are allowed to do so inside "gambling" and / or betting rooms.

That is, the Regional Government interprets the virus to be highly dangerous inside bars or cafes but not inside gambling halls.If the purpose of taking restrictive measures in the hospitality industry is to avoid mobility and crowds indoors with little ventilation, it is clear and evident that they do not make sense if at the same time we allow it to be consumed in gaming establishments , since the only thing that we will do is divert the "mobility" from one place to another (from bars to gambling halls) and concentrate the crowds in specific places.

In addition to all the above, from the PSOE of Cieza we want to denounce that the Regional Government is using the pandemic to promote the "culture of the game" or simply to "manufacture ludopatas".

And we say this, because that is the message that the Regional Government sends our youth, they are being told that they cannot participate in numerous sports competitions, that they cannot go to many sports centers, they have restrictions for cultural performances, For leisure, they are told that the interior of bars and cafes is not safe, but nevertheless they are given the only safe alternative to go to gambling halls.

There is no doubt that we are already living the dramatic consequences that this entails, and with this irresponsible attitude of PP and C 'Unfortunately, we will see in the coming years how the negative effects of "gambling" and problems such as "gambling" increase in our Region.

To the socialists of Cieza, it seems very serious to us that the right wing uses the economic difficulties and any type of crisis, to implement a model in the Region that is negative for people, they are using the current situation to encourage gambling and specifically the gambling business, at the cost of generating more dramas in society and families.

Therefore, we ask the two formations that make up the Government in the Region, to look more for the general interest and less for specific economic interests that only generate more problems in society.
