"Positive meeting" and qualifies the day of associations which took place this past Saturday at the Museum of Cieza Siyâsa the head of Citizen Participation, Nerea Martinez.

And that was evident in the meeting, which was "very participatory and dynamic" and in which attendees associations showed their needs and the Department of Participation put at its disposal the means with which account.
"There were two main axes around which the meeting revolved Martinez explains, in part, the training needs of municipal associations to strengthen their management capacity and internal operation, otherwise, the chances of spreading their activities".
Regarding training activities, some received broad consensus among participants, and remembering the completion next June a course on fiscal and administrative treatment of partnerships and in subsequent months, other workshops on first aid, social networks and managing blogs.
As regards broadcasting, in addition to developing a database with detailed information on contact details and activities of all associations registered in the Municipal Register, it was agreed to seek a weekly space in the local media for interviews with associations;
a space designed to show more thoroughly the same way.
Other proposals also welcomed by the attendees were designing an agenda Portal Participation in the activities that partnerships will made and the possibility of making a fair future partnerships.
Finally, some associations showed the need for more local and public buildings for their activities and venues.
Finally, the councilor took the opportunity to discuss the most important aspects of Regulation of Citizen Participation, since it pays special attention to partnerships registered in the Municipal Register of Entities.
