The Socialist Party claims that "punishes Cieza Valcárcel the Regional Budget with the approval of Ramayo" (12/11/2012)

The PSOE through its municipal spokesman, Pascual Lucas, described the budget of the Autonomous Region in 2013 of especially harmful to Cieza.

Socialist spokesman claims that the Community expenditure per capita in Cieza, down 20% from last year and 125 euros is situated below the regional average, relegating the position 24 of the municipalities in the region.

Lucas Pascual stressed that the regional budget does not include investment in infrastructure to Cieza and heading away € 200,000 endowment intended for sewage in the place of Maripinar, provided such work has been executed even though the budget is reflected in regional years.

In regard to social welfare, subsidies destined to fund basic social services of the municipality, is reduced by 32% compared to 2012 and the line to the reception of victims of gender-based violence is reduced by 21%.

Indicates socialist spokesman day centers and the New Foundation ASCOPAS The Albares suffer a cut of 25% indicating that they will receive around one hundred and ten thousand euros less than last year.

AFEMCE also paid less to keep the day center for people with mental illness.

City spokesman says PSOE public safety heading trimmed by 28%, which means that the City will receive € 235,000 less for the template of the local police.

Pascual Lucas Indicates that this cut was agreed and approved by the municipal government of Antonio Tamayo last July, in an extraordinary plenary session, where the Mayor asserted its absolute majority against the interests of ciezanos.

According to Pascual Lucas, data are devastating and they question the weight of Antonio Tamayo before the regional government and if they are defending the interests adequately ciezanos.

In his opinion, the Mayor is folded too easily to the dictates of Valcárcel, and complies with the crumbs while still backing Cieza positions in the regional context.

Socialist spokesman concludes urging Tamayo to be more combative with regional government, defend the interests of ciezanos and fight for a place in the post Cieza belongs within the municipalities of the region.
