The candidate for mayor of Cieza for Progress and Democracy Union, Diego Garcia, remarks at the presentation of the nomination and UPyD proposed criteria "Our program includes measures to face up to the real problems of ciezanos".

The candidate states that "the program is in line with the guidelines of UPyD to combat corruption in the institutions and defend the transparency of public accounts."

Moreover, "our proposals focus on two main problems in the municipality of Cieza, such as unemployment and the difficulty of access to housing, due to excessive selling price, much higher than nearby destinations," explains Garcia .

From UPyD "we propose initiatives to promote affordable housing, promoting industrial land and aid to SMEs in the municipality to boost industrial activity and job creation."

The head of the list was accompanied by regional training magenta candidate for president of the Regional Assembly, César Nebot, and the number 2 and 3 on the list, Jesus Perez and Miguel Aurelio Algar, respectively.

Nebot remarks that "the team and the program for the municipality of Cieza are ready to regenerate the political life of this town and putting the administration at the service of citizens, and not vice versa, as has happened in recent years."

For his part, Jesus Perez, number 2 of the municipal list, notes that "we will pay more attention to such an important sector as agriculture Cieza".

In this sense, "we demand a quality seal for ciezano peach and support farmers for opening dry wells in the syncline, due to water shortage we face in this area."

The number 3 to the ciezano mayor, Miguel Aurelio Algar, highlights the proposals of training magenta in the tourism sector, since "it is necessary to promote and support the tourist wealth of our town."
