Cieza City Council, through its departments of Commerce, Tourism and Youth and in collaboration with the group La Casa Azul and the Merchants Association of Market Square no.1, organized the First Recipe Contest 'ChitoChef "Fair St. Bartholomew 2015 that will take place on August 26.
This is a competition aimed at children aged between 8 and 13 years in order to develop simple and traditional recipes Cieza, which will distribute to participants the most characteristic of the local gastronomy.
The jury will be composed of professionals renowned cuisine, including Mirella Ruiz a popular contestant 'Masterchef' program of Spanish Television.
Registration will take place in the Tourist Office, from 9.00 to 14.00.
The deadline to sign up will be on August 25.
For this, a total of 20 participants will be admitted by order of registration.
The event will take place in the Market Square No. 1 of Cieza, concerning ciezano traditional trade, on Wednesday 26 from 10 in the morning.
Once the book missed the awards 'memory recipes', an intergenerational project run by the Association La Casa Azul collecting a wide variety of recipes and traditional dishes Cieza be presented.
