Martinez explained that partnerships are one of the cornerstones around which they must articulate citizen participation, "but we found that the registry is somewhat chaotic, which has never been updated, so we think there associations registered lacking activity and on the other data that is out of date in some cases from registration, for many years, and we believe they are outdated. Therefore, the objective of this campaign is to know which entities have active participation with the municipality of the more than 140 institutions currently enrolled and, above all, proceed to update contact details. "

For this purpose, from the Department of Citizenship will be contacted with the legal representatives and will send them to the addresses available in the form of data update, making documentation from the record in each case.

Also, we will proceed to terminate those others who request or who has observed the evidence of inactivity.

With all these updated data, the City hopes to achieve a real and active partnership registration, categorized by activity, which better meet the ciezano associations, conducting advisory work, meet their needs and demands and work with associations ciezanas in designing building activities and promotion of associations.
