The Department of Finance informs Cieza neighbors through a statement that they have started notifications settlements that have emerged from the more than 1,700 records of urban nature that were recently the subject of cadastral regularization.
Sources appointments recall that the municipal cadastral regularization process develops throughout the national territory except Navarra and the Basque Country.
The adjustment period is established by resolution of the Directorate General of Land Registry published in the Official Gazette, in the case of Cieza was published in the Official Gazette No. 266 of 3 November 2014. The regularization aims to incorporate cadastre of real estate under construction, and also changes its characteristics.
Once this phase has already been carried out, and the goods have been incorporated into the land within the limits of reality, they begin the notifications of settlements for the property tax, payments that can affect the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
They indicate that "logically settlements take into account the value attributed to the good once it has been regularized by the Directorate of Land Registry value."
