The project is part of the agreements that the Department of Public Works and Planning signed in December to rehabilitate 947 homes worth more than 11 million euros

The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture, held in Cieza the remodeling of 407 homes in the Paseo de Ronda and the Group Sanz Orrio two zones covering an area of over 57,000 square meters and have been declared areas of comprehensive rehabilitation.

One of the actions will be carried out on 192 homes in 16 steps that make up the group Sanz Orrio.

These building blocks form three closed blocks, with a wide fairways and a good system, in which the Ministry, through the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture, will invest 310,549 euros, the budget also includes the upgrading of areas existing green.

Furthermore, in the Paseo de Ronda the town will take place in several stages, the recovery of 215 houses.

In the first, the Ministry of Public Works and Planning to invest 322,500 euros for the refurbishment of 50 properties and for improving existing roads and public spaces in this area, located in the old part of town, which enjoys a privileged by its proximity to a river meander Segura as it passes through the village and the slopes of Cerro de la Ermita.

According to the director general of Housing and Architecture, Mark Nogueroles, "these actions are part of the arrangements for the implementation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Areas (ARI) in different towns in the region that the Ministry of Public Works and Land Management signed the Last December, the Ministry of Housing, the Housing and Land Institute and various municipalities of the Region ", by which it will invest a total of 11.6 million euros in the rehabilitation of a total of 974 homes.
